This year we kick off the 2017 season transporting this 2004 Mainship Rumrunner 34 to Suamico, Wisconsin. Though the middle of January is a little early to get started for yacht shipping companies I’m eager to make up for lost time caused by the breakdowns of now retired Truck 1. EVE is proving to be far superior in every way and thus far hasn’t even come close to breaking a sweat. The weather in Bristol, Rhode Island was unseasonable mild with surprisingly no snow in site.

Somerset Marine in Bristol Rhode Island is a small but very capable yard with years of experience. They had me loaded and ready to roll in no time.
Suamico, Wisconsin
Unloading at a private residence is a rare occurrence but I do it on occasion when the area is suitable for a semi. The customer provided a crane for unloading along with plenty of hands to help out. Everything went smooth with no surprises, just the way we like it.
I’ve had several boats transported cross country. This shipment was by far the most professional, most importantly the communication was very good.
