Provincial 45 Trawler Transport

“EMMA – RAY” is a new Provincial 45′ Fishing Trawler Transport that I took from Provincial Boat and Marine out of Kensington, Prince Edward Island, Canada to Ventura Harbor Boatyard in Ventura, California. At approximately 4200 miles it is the record setter for the longest single trip thus far. The manufacturer had the boat prepped for transport before my arrival and arranged for the cranes to be there for loading.

Kensington, Prince Edward Island, Canada

Provincial Boat and Marine out of Kensington, Prince Edward Island Canada is the oldest manufacturer of fiberglass fishing boats in Eastern Canada. They were a pleasure to deal with. Gordon, the owner, was very communicative which made the entire process very smooth. It is always a welcome pleasure to deal with professionals who take such pride in their work. Ventura, California

Ventura Harbor Boatyard located at Ventura Harbor is a first class shipyard servicing commercial and pleasure vessels up to 165 Tons. This is a yard that I traditionally visit several times a year.  The reasons my customers choose this yard are obvious once you’ve done business with them. Michael and Otto are very easy to deal with and although a yard of this caliber is extremely busy, any delay is kept to a minimum. Actually I must say many times they are ahead of schedule. Seeing first hand the amount of work that happens here that is a true feet in itself. Many thanks to the crew at Ventura Harbor Shipyard, I’m sure I’ll be seeing you soon.
