Holiday Mansion Houseboat Moving
The Holiday Mansion Houseboat Moving from Fredericktown, Pennsylvania to Pawcatuck, Connecticut was completed in October for the new owners. Loading out at 13′ 2″ tall, the 12′ beam houseboat wasn’t what we would consider Oversize. We have grown accustom to being larger than your standard tractor trailer as most of our transports are much larger. The competent staff at Green Cove Enterprises completed The loading and prep, including the removal of the flybridge. Most of the road construction was wrapped up by this time of the year which made the trip more direct. We loaded the houseboat on Thursday afternoon and we were able to roll into Northeast Marine Friday evening.

Green Cove Enterprises is located on the South shore of South Fork Tenmile Creek off of PA-88. This is my second visit and I’m happy to report this time went as well as the first. The yard had the prep to the Holiday Mansion completed prior to my arrival. As soon as I had the trailer ready to go they were bringing the Houseboat over for loading. After loading the Houseboat on the trailer we loaded the flybridge onto crossbars positioned over the fifth wheel. A short time later I had the Holiday Mansion strapped down and I was off to Pawcatuck.

It was also my second visit to Northeast Marine Inc. located in Pawcatuck, Connecticut. We had run into some unexpected traffic along the way that delayed our arrival. Luckily the owner of the yard agreed to come down to the yard on Saturday morning for the unloading.
Paul and I were so please with Eric our hauler and his price was very reasonable. He was the best, we could not have had a better man. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Eric. Lynn and Paul.
